All India Institute of Medical Science (AIIMS) MBBS 2016 Entrance Exam

All India Institute of Medical Science, Delhi conduct MBBS entrance exam for the admission to MBBS seats in 7 AIIMS institutions.
AIIMS MBBS 2016 entrance exam will be conducted on 29 May 2016 in online mode in two shifts (Morning & forenoon sessions) in different centres across India.

The duration of entrance exam will be 3.30 hours. The entrance exam will have 200 questions (MCQs) and reason-assertion type questions from Physics, Chemistry, Biology and GK.

The eligibility of candidates are:

• Candidates should be Indian.
• Candidates must complete 17 years or complete the age on or before year of entrance exam.
• Candidates have passed XIIth class with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects from a recognized board of India
• Candidates who will appear for XIIth exam in 2016 can also apply for entrance exam

AIIMS MBBS Application Form 2016 will be started tentatively from February 2016 and the form will be submitted in online mode only. The AIIMS MBBS 2016 online application procedure will have following steps:

• Online Registration Form
• Application form
• Application confirmation
• Editing application
• Uploading images
• Payment & generation of registration slip

For General/OBC candidates, the application fee of AIIMS MBBS 2016 entrance exam can be Rs. 1000 along with applicable service tax  and for SC/ST category candidates, the fee can be Rs. 800 along with applicable service tax. OPH (Physically Handicapped) Candidates is exempted from paying the examination fee. The payment of examination fee can be done through both online (Debit/Credit Card/Bank) or offline mode (Challan).
