CAT 2017 Result cum Score card - To be Declared in 2nd Week of Jan 2018

CAT 2017 Result cum Score card - The result of CAT 2017 will be announced in 2nd week of January 2018. The result will be declared in the form of scaled score and overall percentile. CAT 2017 score will be remained valid till one year i.e.  31 December 2018. Students will be shortlisted for next stage selection i.e WAT, GD & PI at 20 IIMs and other top B-schools in India on the basis of CAT result.
CAT 2017 is being conducted by IIM Lucknow on 26 November 2017 in two slots - Forenoon (9:00 am to 12:00 pm) and Afternoon (2:30 pm to 5:30 pm) in 140 cities for admissions to various mba programmes. Around 2.31 lakhs application are received out of 2.80 lakhs registration in CAT 2017.

• Click on the Candidate's login window
• Login with your user id and password
• The result will be shown on your screen

CAT Result Calculation - As per the marking scheme, 3 marks for each query and one mark negative marking for every incorrect answer. For the non-MCQs, there is no negative marking.

CAT exam is divided into three sections. The total marks of the test is 100 and the duration is 180 minutes.

• Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension (VARC) - 34
• Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning (DI LR) - 32
• Quantitative Ability (QA) - 34

CAT Cutoff - The cutoff of CAT is depend upon the difficulty level of test, no. of seats, no. of students qualifying in the test, etc.
